TILE FITTING PRICES FOR THE NORTH WEST OF ENGLAND

The question we get asked the most frequent is what is the average price for fitting wall and floor tiles , the answer is not straight forward however I can provide some rough guide line prices baring in mind every job is slightly different and would probably require a survey.

Wall tiling labour only prices [these prices are based on the room being prepared ready for tiling i.e. flat and clean walls] Bathroom/ensuite prices are approx £20.00 per metre squared for a ceramic tile and porcelain tiles are £30.00.per m2 regarding the tile size is no larger than 600×300 [projects over 8m2 under 8m2 may be done on a day rate.] Kitchen/utility walls: an average kitchen wall tiling job is usually between 2M2 and 6M2 so most tilers charge kitchen walls not by the M2 but on a day rate which would be between £150.00 to £200.00 per day.

Floor tiling labour only prices [these prices are based on the floor being prepared ready for tiling i.e. flat and clean.] Kitchen/utility/dinning and conservatories prices are approx £25.00.pm2 with the tile size no larger than 600×600.
Bathroom/ensuite/cloak room/hallway and other rooms under 5m2: Most tilers charge not by the M2 but on a day rate which would be between £150.00 to £200.00 per day.
